Judy Herman opened up to us about her experience with being married to someone with bi-polar disorder. She revealed that you can’t do the work for your significant other. We can support them, but they have to do the work.

Beth Syverson opened up about her son’s struggles with drug addiction and how she grappled with the ups and downs of helping him in recovery.

Melinda Jennis talked about the importance of inclusion when it comes to our kids. Don’t be afraid to ask questions.

Dr. Dana McNeil taught us about the Gottman Method for marital therapy, and “The Four Horsemen to your Marriage.

Dr. Maggie Vaughn reminded us to take moments to connect with your spouse to maintain a healthy, strong marriage.
