Another Mother’s Day in the books! What was different this year?
Why do we have a hard time breaking from the daily routine on our special day? Should we continue to do chores and errands?
Many things were wonderful, some were not. It is still a long and exhausting day when you incorporate other family- mothers and mothers-in-law.
The key to a wonderful day is to communicate what you want.
If you have a difficult time communicating your wants with your family, start practicing.
If you have a difficult time “doing” less, practice!
If you take anything away from Mother’s Day, take this: practice slowing down and taking breaks.
