Jessica Swanson is married to her high-school sweetheart. They have been married for 2 years, together for 12 years. They have 1 son who is 15 months old. Motherhood completely flipped Jessica’s life upside down and it has been a beautiful and challenge self-discovery journey ever since! She struggled with postpartum depression for the first 6 months of motherhood. She tried medication which helped for a little bit but was not something she wanted to be on full-time. Like most moms Jessica struggled to find herself and was just lost. That's when it was clear to her that there isn't enough support for moms out there. She really had to do the personal development work and search for support in order to get to the place she is at today. That is what inspired Jessica to become a life coach for moms.
