The Circle of Eagles Lodge Society is hosting the Section 84 Kwanatul Conference in Vancouver to promote a legal pathway for Indigenous communities to create culture-based release plans, reducing recidivism and enhancing public safety. The event will feature Elder-led circles, workshops, and policy sessions aimed at supporting Indigenous people in federal custody to develop reintegration plans with their community.
