GeoVax Labs has been granted a patent for their Marburg Hemorrhagic Fever vaccine, which has shown promising results in nonhuman primate studies. The vaccine induces neutralizing antibodies and functional T cells, providing optimal protection against the deadly virus. GeoVax is now exploring different dose levels and routes of vaccine delivery to address the global threat of Marburg virus.
