Two researchers, Hortense Triniac and Katy Walsh, have been awarded the 2025 Ralph L. Sacco Scholarships for Brain Health. The $150,000 two-year scholarships will support Triniac's research on liver proteins and stroke risk reduction, and Walsh's investigation of cerebral amyloid angiopathy mechanisms. These scholarships are funded by the late Dr. Ralph L. Sacco's bequest to the American Academy of Neurology and the American Heart Association. The research projects will commence on July 1, 2025.
