The Boerne Kendall County Economic Development Corporation (BKCEDC) has won the 2024 Community Economic Development Award for their work in launching Das GreenHaus, Boerne's first business incubator. Amy Story, President and CEO of BKCEDC, accepted the award, recognizing the collaborative efforts of the organization, the Boerne Kendall County Angel Network (BKCAN), and community leaders. Das GreenHaus supports over 50 founders in the Texas Hill Country, including success stories like LOCOAL, a climate technology company.
