Due to technical difficulties, this episode came into existence. I tried to do someone else's speciality job (upgrading PC components) and have felt the pain of my DIY project. If I had instead tasked the pros with this, they would have done it without any hiccups and thought nothing of it. What's the lesson? Sometimes we forget how hard it might be for our customers to do the thing that we offer to do for them. Your experience in your business is not at all the same as your customer's experience in your business. It's good to remind yourself of that and what makes your service valuable to them.
