Description

In Acts 27, Paul sets sail for Rome as a prisoner, guarded by a Roman centurion named Julius. Though the journey begins smoothly, Paul warns of danger ahead but his warning is ignored. Soon, a violent storm hits, forcing the crew to throw cargo overboard as the ship drifts aimlessly for two weeks.
Amid the chaos, Paul stands firm in faith, assuring everyone that an angel of God promised their lives would be spared, even if the ship is lost. Eventually, the ship runs aground near Malta and breaks apart but all 276 people survive, just as God said.
When life feels out of control, Acts 27 reminds us that God hasn’t abandoned ship, He’s steering us through.
