We begin this lesson by examining Old Testament Scriptures describing the plurality within Yahweh. Though Scripture says there is only one Creator-God, He is not a solitary God. Scripture reveals that there are three divine Persons within the single God. Then we focus on the second Person of God—God the Son. We examine Old Testament passages describing how He was active beginning at Creation and how He was the One interacting with people and with Israel. We note how He was addressed with Old Testament titles. We also examine why a triune God is so important.
