Since joining the company in 2016, she has navigated multiple leadership roles, from Speaker Manager to COO, before stepping into ownership and rebranding the organization to reflect its bold new direction. Under her leadership, Nimble Group has become a trusted name in the HR community, known for delivering top-tier learning experiences that challenge the status quo.
Katie’s journey is defined by adaptability and fearless innovation—whether successfully transitioning major HR conferences to virtual platforms during the pandemic or reimagining in-person events to drive deeper engagement. A graduate of West Virginia University with a BS in Journalism & Advertising, Katie is also committed to mentoring the next generation of women leaders through her work with Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Olympia Snowe Women’s Leadership Institute. Outside of work, she’s a dedicated mom, an advocate for meaningful work, and a firm believer that leadership starts with showing up—fully and authentically.
