Here's some anonymous advice from some Morning Warriors:
1. Get the f out of bed!

3. You feel so much better when it is over
4. You haven't been in 30 days…it isn't going to get easier
5. Just get it over with
*I will feel so good when I’m done.
*My day will be more productive.
*I have to take the attendance book, mile run book, attendance gifts, etc because lots of the early birds will need it.
*I want to see my workout buddies.
*I can get a workout in before I go on a trip and have better attendance rate.
