So, in today's episode, I had the pleasure of speaking to Hayden Pritchard; he does not like to use the title "Doctor" as much, but he is an intelligent dude. He is currently a father of two, and in the episode, we talked about a couple of key points, such as how flexibility when it comes to life and training really changed after becoming a parent and the differences between his two kids when it's bedtime. We also discussed how to choose and prioritize as a parent and how learning the theory is cool, but applying what you know is completely different.
