In this episode, I’m talking with the coach of coaches, Shaun McCloskey.

Shaun started flipping houses in 2003, but when deals became sporadic from month to month, he transitioned into coaching and ended up not only making money for himself but really loving the fact that he was helping others in REI.

Shaun and his business partner, Steve Cook, started the uber-successful coaching program called Lifeonaire. And in fact, I was in one of Shaun’s first group of students.

So in today’s episode, we’re talking all things coaching – the real estate information selling business. We’ll talk about why we love coaching, how to spot a fake, the various coaching methods and more.
