Of those who play at the highest level of competition, many are faced with the challenge of answering what a post sports career looks like. Danielle Berman is the CEO of Tackle What’s Next and the host of the Big League Philanthropist podcast. She joins us to share about the journey an athlete goes through when transitioning to life after sports.
No matter the industry, many suffer from an identity crisis, and this is only compounded when that career or position is disrupted.
