Marius is the founder and owner of EmpowerLinked, IM2D Systems, LLC, and IS3 - International Social Service Systems. He has developed all these within the realm of making a difference. He's also got a Ph.D. in Micro-enterprise Development and a Master's in Social Work.

He is an experienced founder and instructor with a demonstrated history of working with properties, businesses, faith-based organisations, social service organisations, and in the higher education industry. He is also skilled in for-profit and nonprofit inception of the concept, organisational development, budgeting, staff development, strategy to grow, and path of development. Lastly, he is experienced in real estate development activities that increase income and improve property value with market niches.
