Leon Lineback is the founder and CEO of two companies, Keystone Construction LLC and Blue Jay Garage Doors LLC. He grew up on a farm and started working in construction at age 16. He shares his lessons learned from construction such as delegating trust but verifying, being humble, and having a growth mindset.
Leon believes that the American dream is about being faithful to God, family, and the people around them. Financial freedom is important in the pursuit of happiness, but happiness is a state of mind.
