Shortly after having her daughter Courtney began experiencing post-partum anxiety. Her anxiety became quite intense and did not subside until she found a friend going through a similar experience. After learning more about post partum anxiety as well as seeking therapy Courtney decided to begin Real Housewife of York Region as a way of connecting with other like-minded women in her community .
