Jess is from Northwest Indiana. She Started by buying rentals when she was in her early 20s then started flipping shortly thereafter. She made some mistakes when the 2007 and 2008 markets crashed. She Took a break for about seven years and started back up in 2015 flipping and then started wholesaling as a business in 2021.
