Plant-based cyclist and wellness coach Ian Cramer says it’s important to grow a thick skin and do things based on evidence. If you base things on evidence, a lot of doors will open up and you will truly find health because evidence points towards a diet that consists of more whole plant foods for health, longevity and decreasing chronic diseases.
