Get to know Steven Neuner:
“My purpose is to create freedom for entrepreneurs, business owners, and insurance agency owners/presidents so they can realize their full potential. I do this by listening and coaching them through complex business leadership, financial, and team challenges that are holding them back, leading to increased clarity, confidence and momentum.
I achieve these outcomes by creating a customized, strategically-planned solution that is measurable, followed by an introduction to a best-in-class team or service provider that has the proven experience to help execute this plan faster, cheaper, and with less effort. This ultimately frees the individual to focus and reach their next level of impact in less time. I do it in a way that I hope honors God and that others would do it for me.
My passions are learning, growing and falling forward into my own bigger future, then using the gained wisdom learned from the “rugged plains of reality” to help others avoid or find a short cut through the same experiences as they pursue their own bigger futures.
I am an Associate Coach of Strategic Coach and a member of their Free Zone Fronter and 10X workshops, a proud Dave Ramsey Endorsed Local Insurance Provider, and an EntreLeadership Masters Series graduate. I currently serve as NFTE North Texas Advisory Board and a proud member of YPO Big D Dallas Chapter.
Our thought leadership in healthcare reform, HR outsourcing, leadership, building culture, team building, and insurance have been featured in EntreLeadership Magazine, D Magazine, KERA, KTXD and the Dallas Morning News, as well as being included in, “Happy Monday’s”, a book on building company culture by Kristin Robertson.
I served as President of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) Dallas, co-founded and hosted, “The Next Level – Conversations That Propel Business,“ a podcast on entrepreneurship, and volunteered as an instructor at the Collin College Small Business Development Center where I taught "Healthcare Reform – What the Health is Going on?" and "Protecting Your Business 101 and 202 – The Most Important Class Never Taught in Business School."
