If that isn’t stressful enough, we’ve all been advised to stay put and socially distance ourselves as much as possible. This adds to the discomfort that often leads to anxiety, depression, the feeling of overwhelm, and, not the least, caution fatigue. On today’s show, Jason Wrobel and Whitney Lauritsen open up about what they’re experiencing and feeling during this crisis.
