The morning starts the night before

-Plan your tasks/goals for the next day

Have everything ready (Leave very little to chance)

-Whether it be gym clothes or your report for work, have it ready

Goals are lost or won in your morning routine

-Do your daily goals match your short and long term goals.

No one size routine fits all

-Try a few things for your morning routine. Drop what does not work and try something else.

Get more out of your 24 hours

-Set your day in time blocks. Use that specific time accomplish that specific task

Recommendations for your morning routine

-Get up early (even just 15-30 minutes)

-Move your body (just 30 minutes)

-Prayer/Meditation (take time to connect with Source)

-Set up your day for success
