Stacey Harding joined Cherry Creek Mortgage Company in 1998 and today serves as Executive Vice President and National Production Manager for the company. He began his mortgage banking career in 1985 as a Mortgage Loan Officer in Wichita, Kansas.
Stacey has a diverse and broad leadership background in the mortgage industry. Prior to joining Cherry Creek, his leadership roles have included managing Secondary Marketing and Capital Markets for one of the largest thrifts in the state of Kansas, as well as managing National Operations for an Independent Mortgage Banking firm owned by one of the largest homebuilders in the nation.
In addition to his duties at Cherry Creek, Stacey has served as the Chairman of the Board of Governors for the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association and is a Past President of the CMLA. Stacey is the recipient of several prestigious mortgage banking awards, including the C.A. “Bus” Bacon Award, Debra W. Still Award and the Aksel Nielsen Award, presented by the CMLA. He is also a recipient of the Lifetime Mastery Award, presented by the Todd Duncan Group.
