This is a revisit of an episode that was originally released on June 12, 2020, but the things we discussed are more relevant than ever. 

Dan grew up in Hawaii and is a surfer. Dan believes that surfing a wave is a great metaphor for his career, passions and life. Meaning you have to drop in, commit, learn from your mistakes, paddle back out and do it again and again. Continued striving and continued improvement.

Dan is also a coach here at Rewire who loves to support his clients through the valuable transitions and disruptions of life.  He has an extensive HR, consulting and coaching background. And the name of one of his companies is, get this, Flying Squirrel which is just cool!
