  As much as I hate to admit it, there is hardly a minute in my day where I’m not using some form of technology. My phone is glued to my hand almost all day and when I’m not on my phone, I’m using a computer.  You can’t perform at your best when you are wound up, stressed, anxious, or even tired- so taking some time away to unplug is

 for you to be able to perform and produce big results. Awareness: Importance of Unplugging and Unwinding A study by LinkedIn found that 70% of professionals don’t fully unplug from work.   A recent study of 1,400 information workers commissioned by Microsoft found that 40% of people work outside of regular hours in a way that interferes with family time.   Corporate Athlete is a Great example of not allowing for recovery.   It's time to unplug, unwind, and recharge.
