Description

Dave served on the boards of several organizations, including MTS Systems Corporation (2013–2021), where he chaired the audit committee, and Nuvectra Corporation (2016–2020), where he also chaired the audit committee. He currently serves on the boards of the Japan America Society of Chicago and First Tee Tampa Bay, and previously served with Well-Fit Triathlon & Training, the Boys & Girls Clubs of America (Midwest board), and Choose DuPage.

From 2005 until his retirement in 2016, Dave was Executive Vice President, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer of Molex LLC, overseeing global financial operations. His career includes 10 years working internationally in London, Tokyo, and Singapore, extensive transaction experience (IPOs, equity raises, debt offerings, acquisitions, and major sell-side deals), and significant leadership in compliance, investigations, and crisis response. Dave holds a BA in Economics from Stanford University and previously worked in public accounting at KPMG. He is a CPA (California, inactive).
