An entrepreneur since 1999, he founded multiple companies—including Investment Property Consultants, Burzak Investment Group, and Streamline Construction & Development—delivering consistent returns through development, redevelopment, and investment projects. David’s expertise spans site analysis, entitlements, construction oversight, and financing. Today, he leads Streamline Capital Group, LLC, while also serving as Chairman of Oakwood Creative Care, supporting those impacted by Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. He lives with his family in Mesa, Arizona.
