He brings over 50 years of business experience that includes a start-up strategic marketing consulting firm, executive management at three $250 million+ healthcare organizations, service as a chief operating officer for a niche consulting firm, and vice president of marketing and business development for a $90 million+ family-owned business. He is an experienced, results-oriented executive coach and business advisor. He created Strategic Leadership™, a nationally franchised strategic planning process that guided organizations to create their own plans using a unique facilitative process designed to achieve measurable outcomes. He was educated at the University of Rochester (BA), Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University (MBA), and University of Illinois at Chicago (E-Business/Commerce Certificate).
