After noticing that recruiting and hiring “A” players was exponentially more difficult in rural settings she decided to write the book on it – How to Hire the Best (available on Amazon). She has worked with a number of physical therapy owners in the past and has recognized some of our pitfalls. She shares with us how we can get out of our own way and hire the most talented people to share our visions and join our teams. A number of factors are at play, and she goes through them all, greasing the wheels on capturing top talent will pay off in spades – productivity, culture, profits, stress (relief), growth, etc. Spend a few hours a week and the difference will be felt for years.
