Before stepping fully into the world of sports performance, Eric proudly served as a United States Navy veteran, completing five years of active duty followed by service in the Naval Reserve while attending college. Eric’s roots in the state of Colorado run deep. He attended middle school, high school, and college in Colorado, where he continued to build his knowledge and passion for sports science, human performance, and elite training methodologies.
