Segment 1
Message of the week: “Our passion comes from who we are, not what we sell.”
Jeremiah introduces his guest for the week; whom happens to be in the real estate & properties industry. The gentlemen reminisce about how they met and their humble beginnings. Saber talks about his upbringing and how he landed in Hell’s Kitchen. He chats about how the neighborhood was back when he was a child, verses how it is now. They begin to share stores about their childhood experiences that helped them appreciate the smaller things in life. The conversation transitions into real estate and generational tenants. Saber looks for good tenants’ versus the market rate/rent. The segment ends with Saber letting the audience know that if you put positivity out there, positive things will come to you.
Segment 2
This segment opens up with Saber sharing his experiences in the food industry. Saber talks about how he worked his way up from fruit stands to chain-stores. He shares about how he learned how to make a profit and solve problems for companies; therefore he could negotiate his salaries. The guy reiterate the fact that if you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life. Saber encourages everyone to go after their passion. Saber then begins to discuss his brief history in break-dancing. The segment ends with Saber telling the story of how he and his wife purchased their first property.
Segment 3
Jeremiah opens this segment by mentioning some extremely successful entrepreneurs. The guys discuss how you cannot be fazed by obstacles on your journey to entrepreneurship. Both guys begin to discuss how certain things in the entrepreneurship industry have changed throughout the years. (For example, being kind to others is no longer seen as a weakness, it is actually a strength.) Saber shares several anecdotes about how he and his wife went from being broke (after buying that first property), to reaping the benefits of purchasing a property. Saber ends the segment by talking about how much he has learned from the older people in his life.
Segment 4
Saber continues where he left off; by telling us how he first got the idea of getting a license in Real Estate. Saber delves into the story of how he got into real estate full-time. Jeremiah then asks Saber to share how he deals with clients in the Real Estate industry. Saber talks of how he likes to keep his clients happy; his reputation is everything to him. He says he has even broke-even on some transactions, but his clients were happy, so he was happy.
