In Van Meter, Iowa in 1903, the town was visited by an unknown monster. For a full week, the 8 foot tall creature with bat-like wings and a glowing horn terrorized residents of the up and coming town. This is a monster story that’s got it all, creatures, terrified mobs, ghost reports and mysterious mines. Put on your thinking cap and join us. This one’s a doozy!
