Hello and welcome back! In today’s story, we’re tackling a hometown true crime tale. In the summer of 2012, newly single Dave Kroupa relocated to Omaha, NE and quickly began casually dating. When he met Cari Farver, a vivacious, fun-loving woman who wanted the same things out of life that he did, Dave felt like he’d hit the jackpot. But after a seemingly innocent series of text messages, Cari went on the warpath, harassing Dave, his ex, and any woman Dave would be interested in. The harassment continued for years until the truth slowly came to light. And the truth was far more twisted and depraved than anyone could have possibly imagined. Hang on, pals. This one’s a doozy!
