Description

In this bonus episode of The Bounce, Crawford Loritts and Bob Lepine discuss leadership.

"I have come in recent years to conclude that most people get burned, not necessarily because they're doing too much. Most people get burned out because they're doing what God called them to do the wrong way, and they're doing it in their own energy and in their own and in their own strength. And sometimes we are separating too much what God's called us to do from our personal growth and sanctification and the assignments that God gives us." Crawford Loritts

Crawford Loritts is the Senior Pastor of Fellowship Bible Church in Roswell, Georgia. He has served as a national evangelist with the American Missionary Fellowship and the Urban Evangelistic Mission, as well as Associate Director of Campus Crusade for Christ. He co-founded Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship in Dallas, Texas.
