In what was called the biggest main event in the history of wrestling Hulk Hogan put the WWF Championship on the line against the Intercontinental Championship of The Ultimate Warrior. One man would leave with both belts but who would it be? Also, Demolition would attempt to regain the Tag Team Championships as they faced the Colossal Connection of Andre The Giant and Haku in Andre's last Wrestlemania appearance. Roddy Piper had perhaps the most controversial look in Mania history as he took on Bad News Brown, and Mr. Perfect put his undefeated streak on the line against Brutus The Barber Beefcake.
