Sam is the Head Physio Therapist in the elite Dublin Gym SBG D24 owned by Paddy ''The Hooligan'' Hoolihan whom has fought in the UFC and trained with the well known Conor McGregor.
Sam has worked his way through the ranks within the gym training children from 4-6 years of age all of the way up to their eldest members.
Sam has a passion for Jiu Jitsu and is a coach working alongside some of the most well known Irish jiu jitsu competitors.
Myself & Sam spoke on many topics, one of which his early years growing up in Dublin 12 & how he has got to where he is today.
