Ingredients:

4–5 fresh mint leaves

1–2 lime wedges (optional, for extra brightness)

1 oz elderflower liqueur (like St-Germain)

4 oz chilled Prosecco

2 oz soda water (club soda or sparkling water)

Ice cubes

Instructions:

- In a large wine glass, gently muddle the mint leaves (and lime wedge if using) to release   aroma, don’t crush them into a paste.

- Add the elderflower liqueur.

- Fill the glass with ice.

- Pour in the chilled Prosecco, then top with soda water.

- Stir gently.

- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime or lemon slice.
