Glenn was solo today and brought up the 'lack' of customer service acumen these days, including small business owners. He also brought up last night's NCAA championship game, and how sad it ended for Houston. Good chatter throughout as Glenn gave his opinion on how more informed he is and most people due to the ever-changing culture and political atmosphere since Obama and President Trump when he first came down the escalator 10 years ago. Of course, Danny called in and disagreed with everything Glenn said.
