Description

In 2011, Mary Jo and Blake Hadley had it up to their ears with their younger son, Tyler, who was 17 and already doing drugs, drinking, battling mental illness, and they didn’t know what to do. They had tried therapy, inpatient programs, and medications to help calm his brain battles. On July 16, 2011, after having his phone and car taken away for coming home drunk one too many times, Tyler had convinced himself that his parents no longer loved him and that only left one thing for him to do: Kill them and go out with the biggest party ever.
