David Freeze, a cross country cyclist, multi-marathon runner, author, motivational speaker, and fitness coach joins us on the show today. David tells the story of how he used faith to step out of his limiting beliefs and bike across the United States. David faced storms, bears, and severe dehydration on his long distance rides. Through faith he freed himself from the limiting beliefs that keep so many of us from living large, and today he is here to inspire you to do the same.
