Erick Widman is an immigration lawyer who grew up in Cupertino, California. When he was 13 years old, he went on an exchange student program to Japan, which changed his outlook on life. After earning his law degree and attempting to defer the real world, he moved to Hungary to teach business law, where he met his wife.
