President Donald Trump has filed a massive 108-page lawsuit against Hillary Clinton, the DNC, and numerous U.S. intelligence agency members for conspiring to remove him from the 2016 presidential election. The lawsuit claims by "[a]cting in concert, the Defendants maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative that their Republican opponent, Donald J. Trump, was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty.” Alleging "racketeering" and a "conspiracy to commit injurious falsehood," the lawsuit seeks compensatory and punitive damages known to be in excess of $24,000,000.
The suit was assigned to U.S. District Court Judge Donald Middlebrooks, who was appointed by President Bill Clinton. Middlebrooks tossed out a civil racketeering suit in 2015 filed against Hillary Clinton over her practice of using a private email account and server while she served as Secretary of State. Will we FINALLY see justice for the corruption that has occurred or will this lawsuit simply fizzle out into another "hopium" headline of the past?
