About the author:
Sascha Vennemann, born 1981, has been a fan of pulp novels since he was a teenager. Reading, collecting and reviewing short novel series ("Heftromane") became one of his biggest hobbys in his early 20s, until eventually he started writing scifi-, horror- und fantasy novellas himself in 2008, when he was offered to work for the space opera novella series "Sternenfaust" (published at Bastei Luebbe, Cologne, now concluded). Soon he joined the team of authors working for "Maddrax", another series he has been a fan of since its first issue back in 2000 and that is still running today. In 2021, he was part of the team writing "Perry Rhodan Atlantis", a limited series spin-off to the legendary german space opera novella series. Over the last decade he has written and published about 50 novels and short novels and also writes articles for german genre magazines such as "GEEK!" or "Virus".
Sascha Vennemann has a university degree in sociology and is now working as a reporter and editor of a local newspaper. He and his wife are sharing their home with a dog and three cats on the countryside of north-western germany.
