Some of my biggest struggles had nothing to do with talent.

They came from my head being in the wrong place.

I was physically present, but mentally stuck — replaying the past, worrying about the future, and trying to perform somewhere other than where my feet were.

In this episode, I break down a simple framework I call Process. Perform. Prepare.
