Learning about the fastest food in and out of the digestive system has been the most interesting lesson life has afforded me this far. I really take on life as a teacher, with all its people, and other components being student teachers themselves. Trust me, even that rock that you bumped into as a kid is to be considered a teacher. The fruits are the fastest in and out of the stomach next to the veggies and plant material then the animal staff. The animal staff can take up to 72 hours to digest, this is what I base my detox on. At least three days of no food, followed by some fruits or vegetables (fruits barely take an hour to digest). I nowadays don’t really eat animal staff unless there’s some plant material to pair it with. How I come to know this? It’s all started with the nightmares then reading articles about how the digestion of food causes different kinds of ailments in the body. Insomnia, anxiety disorders, paranoia, a lot other health distinctions are caused by eating habits. And the famous blood pressure monster. Sometimes it’s what we eat, sometimes it’s how we eat what we eat, Sometimes it’s the combination of it all. The way we breath and hold our posture contributes a lot too. The staff we listen to and the things we talk about, all contribute to how our digestive system operates. It’s very interesting how connected out whole being is.

This connection, I love and I find it so interesting. So much that I’ve been studying these intrinsic and extrinsic body connections and methods of operations even before I decided on loving these connections. Mind, body Coherence, heart protectiveness over the body, all these are very interesting parts of the second by second operations of the body that are relatively dependent on the digestive system. Ok not relatively, it’s more like highly. What this really means is that how your body looks, operates, what ailments you present or how fast you heal really depends on the strength you build up over the time you’ve alive. A lot of this strength depends on how your mindset is shaped around the food you take and all the stereotypical theories and philosophical societal constructs formed around health and food.

This very interesting lesson from life was like love making from the universe. The more plant staff I take, the more power and energy I felt. The more I didn’t think of animal staff, coked of processed staff, the more I found myself energised and ready to do that which I set my mind to. It’s all pointed to the facts that no matter how much animal staff I took, it would never rival the effects of the plant staff on the body. This is easy to understand because the animal staff is made from other animals or plant staff. So, eating the middleman. Why not just get it from the source? To get to that full plant staff lifestyle one has to wean themselves off of the bad habbit of eating all together and only then will one understand the staff that really calls to fix his body. This is also because the body is self sufficient in ways we cannot explain. The body is able to go on without food or water for all our life. Whether we move or not our body is able to function without sleep too. Like, imagine that! There’s at least one person on this planet who does not sleep and others who do not eat, some who do not drink water or eat certain types of food.
