Tom is 40 and fed up with his lot. What's the problem? Mainly, he doesn't get picked for the work cricket team, so he thinks 'sod this for a game of soldiers' and quits to start a new life as a perma-whistling irritant. Will his lovely wife Barbara go all in? Wouldn't be much of a shelf life to the sitcom if she said no, would it?
