Description

SMB leaders and their employees need to stay healthy to work, a topic we have been all too familiar with over the past couple of years.  Employers know they need to offer some type of health coverage, and they usually see it as a burden to be dealt with.  However, they are also starting to realize that if they don't offer a comprehensive benefits program, there is a risk of losing or alienating the ideal talent.

When you partner with a dedicated insurance professional, one who can act as a health advocate on behalf of your organization, your benefits plan can be a powerful strategic tool that can help your company grow.

We are joined by Talia Adika, Partner and Account Director at TY Health Insurance Brokerage.  Talia and her colleagues pride themselves on helping SMBs and entrepreneurs develop world-class benefit plans, to draw top talent.
