Segment 1

Steven starts the show by introducing his guest Wil Rivera Owner of WJ Media Group, Scarlet Reserve and the new Scarlet Reserve Room. He explains what a SMB is and how this can be seen in marketing of cigars and CBD. Steven gives a little background to Wil and his company and what it is that Will does best. Will brings up how he got started and what he has learned from his start. He explains how he has gone from gorilla marketing on the streets to using different platforms to get advertising out. Wil shares how he handles clients and what his company does for them with the different techniques he has learned over the years. Wil shares how he went from the advertising businesses to owning his own physical business, he explains with COVID he had a rough start but the marketing picked up as time went by. 

Segment 2

Steven asks Wil what the method behind his madness is. He asks what his daily routine is as an entrepreneur that owns different businesses. Steven shares that he has many hats to wear but explains that he does not wear them at the same time like Wil does. Wil shares that it is his passion to help small businesses get bigger. He explains the process he goes through with his clients to find out what they want and how they can make it possible to grow their business and market what they do best. Wil goes through his strategy, designing and development that helps the businesses figure out the best way to reach their audience best. He shares that over the past few years he has had to change how he advertises  to better reach customers. Wil reminds listeners that every shoe does not fit all different companies and needs different strategies. Steven asks about what creative strategies Wil has implemented over CBD, Wil talks about how he shows the process behind the scenes that will attract viewers and customers. 

Segment 3

Steven brings up how marketing without data will be hard to advertise, and asks Wil the madness behind methods. Wil shares some of his past work that has taught him the ins and outs of marketing and understanding the techniques and rules that come with the business. Wil talks about how he learned that he can only lead his customers to the water and that he cannot make them drink it. He continues to explain that he had to learn to restrain his passion about his techniques because they have to decide their marketing technique. Wil promotes that his only goal is to bring more business to companies to help them grow. The conversation shifts to experiences Wil has gone through over the years that has helped him and businesses grow and better his marketing strategies and understanding. 

Segment 4

Steven asks Wil to share his wisdom with the viewers. Wil stresses having more content to show people what your passion is. He promotes getting into digital marketing and looking into Facebook's previous ads to get a better understanding of some inspiration for your own business. Wil explains that it may be trial and era but to start small and build up to promoting and if a business needs help Wil and his company are there to help out. Steven explains that even getting in contact with marketing agencies to help kick start ideas and inspiration can be crucially helpful for the beginning of companies starting to grow. Steven then asks his favorite three questions for guests to get to know Wil a little better.
