Description

Our busy lifestyles and various improvements in technology have led to many things being accessible virtually, including personal fitness programs...and we are not just talking about the world of Peloton.

There is a strong desire to have personal training and corporate fitness programs available via virtual classes. Certified Fitness Professionals can come to YOU, to deliver a Tailored One-on-One Private Approach, where YOU Feel Most Comfortable...and this is the specialty of our guest and his team.

We are joined by Joshua Margolis, Owner & Personal Trainer at Mind Over Matter Health & Fitness. Joshua's fitness philosophy is "your self image and habits go hand in hand; change one and you will automatically change the other.”
